Ultimate Chocolate Brownies

- HEAT oven to 350°F.
- LINE 8-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides to create handles. Spray with cooking spray.
- MICROWAVE chocolates and butter in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolates are completely melted and mixture is well blended. Add espresso powder, vanilla and salt; mix well. Set aside.
- BEAT eggs and sugar in medium bowl with mixer on high speed 3 min. or until thickened and light yellow in color. Add chocolate mixture; beat on low speed until blended. Gently stir in flour.
- BAKE 40 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs (do not overbake). Cool in pan 5 min. Use foil handles to remove brownie from pan to wire rack; cool completely.
