We offer two options for shipping your order: "Standard Shipping” & “On Exact Date”. With the “On Exact Date", we guarantee arrival on the date selected. Shipments with this method will be delivered using 2nd Day or Next Day service for weekdays, and Saturday Next Day Service for Saturday deliveries. Our daily order cut-off is 1 PM EST. Please note, due to the perishability of our products we do not accept delivery for Mondays.

Yes, we absolutely can ship Godiva during warm weather and to warm climates in the U.S. all year long. Our shipping system monitors the temperatures where your package is being delivered and selects the appropriate packing material such as cooler boxes and frozen gel packs to ensure that your gift arrives in perfect condition and at no additional cost to you. Unfortunately, certain states will require "2nd Day", "Next Day", or "Saturday Overnight" during warmer months. Please see our Shipping Info page for additional details.
At this time, you can only ship to one address per order.
Yes, you can schedule a delivery for up to three months in the future.
Yes, we accept orders to P.O. Box and to APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipped to a P.O. Box are shipped via USPS via Priority Mail. We regret that we cannot offer our express shipping options for these types of addresses.
At this time, we do not offer same-day shipping.
Yes, we can hold your order for a future delivery date. During Checkout, select "Guaranteed Delivery Date" and select your date of arrival.
We use USPS for all P.O. Box and APO/FPO orders. We use select Ground and Air Carriers to deliver all other packages. It is up to the discretion of GODIVA which carrier will be selected.
We are not currently able to charge shipments to other Federal Express or UPS account numbers.
State and local jurisdictions require that Godiva collect applicable sales tax based on the product and shipping destination.

Godiva Chocolates will maintain freshness after opening if stored at temperatures that do not exceed 65°F (18°C). Avoid heat, humidity, and direct sunlight. For freshness of unopened products refer to the Best By Dating printed on many of our products.
To store chocolate for up to two months, place package in two plastic bags, close tightly and refrigerate. To store chocolate for up to six months, place package in two plastic bags, close tightly and freeze.
Keep chocolates in plastic bags until the entire package comes to room temperature. This will take approximately two hours if it was stored in the refrigerator, six hours if it was stored in the freezer.
We understand and share the concerns of consumers who are affected by food allergies. Consumers should rely on our package ingredient labels for the most accurate information on that product. If a product contains or may contain any of the FDA major nine allergens for US labeled products (eggs, milk, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, soy, sesame, or wheat) or Health Canada/CFIA Priority Food Allergens for Canadian labeled products (eggs, milk, mustard, peanuts, crustaceans and molluscs, fish, sesame seeds, soy, sulphites, tree nuts, wheat and triticale, and sources of gluten), it will be clearly listed in the ingredient statement or following that statement for the may contain allergens. Godiva has procedures in place to address cross-contact of allergens into other products that do not contain the allergen. Where we have a concern about potential cross contact of an allergen, we will include a may contain statement.
We recommend that you place your order about 8 to 10 weeks before the event and select a delivery date of one week prior to the event. Store the favors in a cool, dark place - 70 degrees or cooler. Do not store them in the climate-controlled packaging that they are shipped in as the chocolates are fragile and may absorb an odor from the packing material.
