
Ingredients
- 12.4 oz. GODIVA Dark Chocolate Signature Mini Bars (4 bars)
- 2 tbsp. GODIVA Hazelnut Coffee Grounds
- 1/8 tsp. salt for step 1
- 1 1/3 cups whole milk
- 2 eggs room temperature, beaten
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup caster sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt for step 5
Instructions
- Combine Godiva Signature Mini Bars, coffee grounds, sugar and salt in a blender.
- Heat the milk on a medium-high flame for 2 to 3 minutes until hot but just before simmering. Remove from heat and pour over chocolate in blender.
- Blend mixture until smooth and slowly add in eggs to blender while running. Continue blending until fully smooth.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into eight ramekins, then cover and chill until set — at least 4 hours.
- Whip heavy cream, sugar and salt on medium high in a stand mixer with whisk attachment until soft peaks form. Top Pots de Crème with whipped cream and serve.
- Optional: Top with edible flowers to make them extra pretty.
