Super Simple GODIVA Chocolate Pecan Chews

Tastes too good to be this easy! Our three-ingredient recipe turns GODIVA Wrapped Milk Chocolate Caramels into a stunning homemade dessert.

Yield: ABOUT 20 CHEWS
Difficulty: SUPER EASY
Preparation: 5 MINUTES PLUS 15 MINUTES COOLING TIME

Super Simple GODIVA Chocolate Pecan Chews

5.75 ounces (1 bag) GODIVA Wrapped Milk Chocolate Caramels (about 20 pieces)
20 toasted or raw pecan halves (about 1/2 cup)
2 teaspoons Grey sea salt or Kosher salt

STANDARD OR TOASTER OVEN DIRECTIONS:

1. PREHEAT oven to 350°F.

2. Line one baking sheet with parchment paper. Have handy a second baking sheet (or freezer-safe plate) that fits in your freezer. Place sea salt into a small bowl so it is easy to reach.

3. Place unwrapped GODIVA Milk Chocolate Caramels on the prepared baking sheet about 2 inches apart. Heat about 1 minute or just until chocolate is slightly melted and shiny. Do not over heat. Immediately remove from oven and press a pecan half gently into the warmed caramel. Sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt. Carefully transfer parchment from the hot baking sheet to the cool baking sheet and freeze for 15 minutes, or until chocolate is firm.

4. Store frozen or refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks. Remove chews about 1 to 2 minutes before serving to soften slightly.

MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS:

1. Line a large plate with parchment paper. Place sea salt into a small bowl so it is easy to reach.

2. Place 6 unwrapped GODIVA Milk Chocolate Caramels on the paper, about 2 inches apart. Microwave for 20 seconds on high (100% power), then in 8-second intervals just until chocolate is slightly shiny and a pecan can gently snuggle into the melted chocolate when pressed. Do not over heat. Immediately, top each caramel with a pecan half and a pinch of sea salt.

3. Transfer parchment paper to a freezer-safe plate and freeze for 15 minutes or until chocolate is firm.

4. Store frozen or refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks. Remove chews about 1 to 2 minutes before serving to soften slightly.
