Whipped Milk Chocolate Frosting
Prep Time: 15 min. | Total Time: 1 hour 15 min. | Makes: 12 servings, 2 Tbsp. each
- BRING cream just to simmer in saucepan on medium heat, stirring frequently. Pour over chocolate in medium bowl. Let stand 1 min. Whisk until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
- REFRIGERATE 1 hour or until chilled.
- POUR chocolate mixture into large bowl. Beat with mixer fitted with wire whisk attachment on medium-high speed until thickened.
Note: This easy-to-make recipe makes 1-1/2 cups frosting or enough to frost tops of 1 dozen cupcakes. For best results, spread frosting onto tops of cupcakes immediately after making the frosting.
