5 oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped
1 oz unsweetened chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup unsalted butter 3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 tsp espresso powder
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
8 GODIVA Signature Dark Chocolate Decadent Truffles or GODIVA Signature Chocolate Lava Truffles, chopped

1. In heatproof bowl set over saucepan of barely simmering water, melt together bittersweet chocolate, unsweetened chocolate and butter. Remove from heat; stir in sugar, vanilla and espresso powder. Let cool slightly.
2. Whisk in eggs. Stir flour with salt; stir into chocolate mixture. Fold in chopped truffles. Divide evenly between 12 paper-lined muffin cups. Bake in 350°F (180°C) oven for about 15 minutes or until tester comes out with a few moist crumbs attached; let cool in pan for 15 minutes.
3. Using melon baller or teaspoon, remove 1/2 inch (1 cm) round from top center of each cupcake. Nestle one GODIVA Signature Truffle into each divot. (Truffles will melt slightly.) Let cool completely; remove from pan.
