Godiva Belgium Pots de Créme
Combining dark, rich Godiva chocolate with the silky texture of fine custard, our stunning Belgian pots de crème are the perfect way to add a touch of romance to any meal.
1 1/3 cups whole milk
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup espresso, brewed
4 tbsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
12 oz. of Godiva Dark Chocolate Baking Chips
1. Heat the milk on a medium-high flame for 2 to 3 minutes until tiny bubbles begin to form on the edges. Remove from heat.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in a blender; then mix on low until smooth. Continue blending as you slowly add the milk, mixing until smooth.
3. Pour the chocolate mixture into prepared ramekins, then cover and chill until set — at least 4 hours.
4. Top with whipped cream before serving, then garnish with powdered sugar or edible flower petals, if so desired.
