GODIVA Premium Melting Chocolates are made with real GODIVA chocolate for a smooth, silky finish perfect for dipping, drizzling and candy making.
• Kosher Certified, Halal Compliant.
• To ensure product quality, please keep this package stored in a cool place at or below 65° F (18° C)
Chocolate Melting Directions: • Stove-Top: Add melting chocolate to heatproof bowl. Place bowl over saucepan partially filled with water (note: bottom of bowl should not touch water). Cook on low heat until chocolate is smooth and completely melted, stirring constantly. Do not let water come to boil.
• Microwave: Microwave melting chocolate in microwaveable bowl on high 15 sec.; stir. Continue microwaving and stirring in 15-sec. increments until chocolate is smooth and completely melted.
Chef’s Tips: • Dip strawberries or pretzels, 1 at a time, halfway into melted chocolate (note: make sure fruit is dry before dipping). Place on waxed paper-covered tray. Let stand until chocolate coating is firm. For a hard chocolate coating, refrigerate 15 min. or until firm.
Note: Each package of Godiva Melting Chocolate coats approximately 25 pretzels or 36 fresh strawberries.
