1. In bowl, whisk together flour, GODIVA Hot Cocoa, sugar, cornstarch, baking powder and salt. In separate bowl, whisk together milk, egg and butter.
2. Stir milk mixture into flour mixture until just combined.
3. Chop Dark Chocolate Signature Mini Bar into 1/2” to 1/4" pieces. Fold in into waffle batter.
4. In greased waffle iron, scoop about 1/3 cup of batter into waffle iron. Cook waffles for 4 or 5 minutes each or until crisp and golden, making sure to not burn chocolate chunks.
5. Meanwhile, whip cream with icing sugar to stiff peaks. Dollop whipped cream over each waffle and drizzle with maple syrup. Top with raspberries (if using).
