GODIVA Rewards Club Membership And Availability

Membership to the Godiva Rewards Club is limited to individuals within the 50 U.S. and D.C. only. A valid email address, birth month and day, phone number, email address and physical address are required to register for and participate in the program, and you must be age 18 years or older. Does it cost anything to become a member?

How do I Join?

You can join at any U.S. Godiva Boutique or online via the Get Rewards link on Godiva.com. You must be at least 18 years of age or older to participate. All rewards are only redeemable within the US. You will have to provide your full name, valid email address, birth month and day, phone number and valid physical address to become a member of the Rewards Club program.

Do I need to first visit a Godiva Boutique to pick up a Rewards Club Card to join?

No. You can join online without first having visited a Godiva Boutique. Go to Get Rewards and click Register Today.

How do I join at a Godiva Boutique?

You may join by providing a valid email and mail address but you will subsequently need to provide full profile information to participate in the Program and redeem Rewards.

How can I receive my FREE chocolate piece every month reward?

Visit a participating Boutique and ask a store Associate for your Free Chocolate Piece Reward. You will be asked to show the store Associate your Rewards Club Card or provide a piece of information that was provided at time of enrollment in order to verify membership and reward eligibility. You are eligible to receive your first Free Chocolate Piece Reward in the calendar month following your initial enrollment. See Terms and Conditions for details.

How does the FREE gift when you spend $20 or more rewards work?

Make a purchase of $20 or more from a participating Boutique, 1-800-9-GODIVA or online at www.godiva.com (excluding tax, shipping and handling, etc. and exclusive of discounts) in one month in a single transaction to earn a Free Gift Reward the next month. The Free gift will be waiting for you at a participating Boutique starting the first day of the month following your qualifying purchase. If purchase is made online or via 1-800-9-GODIVA the Free Gift Rewards will be available the month following the shipment verification of the order. You will be asked to show the store Associate your Rewards Club Card or provide a piece of information that was provided at time of enrollment in order to verify membership and reward eligibility. Limit one (1) Free Gift Reward per person per month, regardless of number of eligible purchases made in a given month. See Terms and Conditions or details.

How does the Birthday offer work?

Members who have completed their profile by filling out their name, address, phone, email and birth day information online or in stores will be offered a special birthday offer. The birthday offer will be communicated via email. Birthday offers can vary month to month as is at the discretion of Godiva. One per member/customer in a calendar year. How can I apply the FREE Shipping Reward on one online order?

The Free Shipping Reward will be provided at time of online check out only to a single address within the U.S. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska don't qualify for the Free Shipping Reward. In order to verify eligibility, you must be signed-in to your Godiva Rewards account to allow for member look-up and reward eligibility verification to occur at time of check out. How can I apply the EXCLUSIVE offers every month?

The EXCLUSIVE offer every month will become available on or around the 16th day of the month and will be awarded at time of checkout. If online, in order to verify eligibility, you must be signed-in to your Godiva Rewards account to allow for member look-up and reward eligibility verification to occur at time of check out. If in-store, in order to verify your eligibility, you must show the store associate your Reward Card. If you do not have your Reward Card, you will be required to provide store associate with a piece of personal information you provided at time of enrollment completion in order to verify membership. How do I join online at Godiva Rewards?

To join online, go to Godiva Rewards and enter the 14 digit Rewards Club Card Number on the back of your Rewards Club Card and the email address you provided at the Boutique where you received your Rewards Club Card. If visiting Godiva Rewards you will be presented with your membership number in lieu of a physical card. The Rewards Club card is not necessary for participating in the Program or redeeming any benefits of the Program.

Making Changes To Profile & Membership Cancellation:

How do I change my personal information?

Sign in at Godiva Rewards, and choose the "To Make Changes to your Rewards Club profile" click here. You can update your physical address, phone number, email address or birth month and day.

How do I cancel my membership?

Contact Customer Care at 1-800-9-GODIVA (1-800-946-3482) or sign in to Godiva Rewards, and click unsubscribe. You can also unsubscribe via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the monthly Rewards Club e-newsletter.

Where can I find my Rewards Club Card Number?

Your 14-digit Rewards Club Card Number can be found on the back of your Rewards Club card. Your Rewards Club Number is the number on the barcode on the reverse of your Rewards Club card.

What should I do if I've lost my card?

Don't worry, a replacement card is not necessary. Your profile can be retrieved at the register at our Boutiques via the customer look-up function.

If I made a purchase without using my Rewards Club number, how do I request Rewards Club credit?

If you made a purchase at Godiva.com, 1-800-9-GODIVA, or a Godiva Boutique, and your Rewards Club number was not applied to your purchase, please call 1-800-9-GODIVA to speak with Customer Service representative to request Rewards Club credit.
