GODIVA Rewards Club Membership and Availability
Membership to the Godiva Loyalty Program is limited to individuals within the United States and Puerto Rico. A valid email address, birth month and day, phone number, email address and physical address are required to register for and participate in the program, and you must be 18 years of age or older. Chocolate rewards are only redeemable at U.S. Godiva boutiques. See complete Terms & Conditions for details. By enrolling in the Godiva Loyalty Program, you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions. No purchase is necessary to become a member. The program is void where prohibited by law.
Does it cost anything to become a member?
No, there's no fee to join and no ongoing membership fee.

How do I Join?
You can join Godiva Loyalty at any U.S. Godiva boutique or online via the “Get Rewards” link on Godiva.com. You must be at least 18 years of age or older to participate. All rewards are only redeemable within the United States. You will have to provide your full name, valid email address, birth month and day, phone number and valid physical address to become a member of the Loyalty Program.
Do I need to first visit a Godiva Boutique to pick up a Rewards Club Card to join?
No, you can join online without visiting a Godiva boutique.
How do I join at a Godiva Boutique?
You may join by providing a valid email and mail address, but you will subsequently need to provide full profile information to be eligible for all program benefits and rewards.
By doing so, you become eligible for:

How can I receive my monthly FREE chocolate piece reward?
Visit a participating boutique and ask a Godiva associate for your free chocolate piece reward. You will be asked to show the store associate your loyalty card or provide the phone number or email address associated with your loyalty account to verify membership and reward eligibility. You are eligible to receive your first free chocolate piece reward in the calendar month following your initial enrollment, and with a merchandise purchase of $10 or more in a rolling 12 month period. How does the Birthday offer work?
Members who have completed their profile by filling out their name, mailing address, phone number, email address and birthday information online or in boutiques will be offered a special birthday offer. The birthday offer will be communicated via email. Birthday offers can vary month to month as is at the discretion of Godiva. One per member/customer in a calendar year. How can I apply the FREE Shipping Reward on one online order?
The free shipping reward will be provided at time of check out online and is valid for shipment to a single mailing address within the U.S. (excluding shipments to Hawaii and Alaska.) In order to verify eligibility, you must be signed in to your account to verify membership and reward eligibility at time of check out. See Terms & Conditions for details.
How can I apply the loyalty EXCLUSIVE offers?
The loyalty exclusive offers will become available periodically and will be awarded at time of checkout. If online, in order to verify eligibility, you must be signed in to your Godiva Loyalty account to verify membership and reward eligibility at time of check out. In boutiques, in order to verify your eligibility, you must show the store associate your loyalty card or provide the phone number or email address associated with your loyalty account in order to verify membership. I have already joined loyalty in a boutique, how do I join online?
Online accounts created on Godiva.com with the same email address used to join the loyalty programs in a boutique will automatically be linked. A loyalty card is not necessary for participating in the program or redeeming any benefits of the program.
I want to create a new loyalty account, how do I join online?
Go to GODIVA.com and use the “Create An Account” functionality to create a new account and check the checkbox to “Sign up for the GODIVA Reward Club” at the bottom of the account creation page. If you already have a GODIVA.com account, but are not a loyalty member, you can add loyalty membership to your existing GODIVA.com profile by checking the checkbox to “Sign up for the GODIVA Reward Club” at the bottom of the profile page. A loyalty card is not necessary for participating in the program or redeeming any benefits of the program.
How do I change my personal information?
Sign into “Godiva Loyalty” on Godiva.com, and click "To Make Changes to your Loyalty Program profile.” You can update your physical address, phone number, email address or birth month and day.
How do I cancel my membership?
Contact Customer Care at 1-800-9-GODIVA (1-800-946-3482) or sign into your GODIVA.com account, and click “Cancel My Membership” in the preferences section of the “My Account” page.
Where can I find my loyalty program card number?
Your 14-digit loyalty program card number can be found on the barcode on the back of your loyalty card. Your 14-digit loyalty program card number is also listed in the ‘My Profile’ section of ‘My Account’ on GODIVA.com.
What should I do if I've lost my card?
Don't worry, a replacement card is not necessary. Your profile can be retrieved using the email address or phone number associated with the account at the register of our boutiques via the customer look-up function.
If I made a purchase without using my loyalty program number, how do I request loyalty program credit?
If you made a purchase at Godiva.com, 1-800-9-GODIVA, or a Godiva Boutique, and your loyalty program number was not applied to your purchase, please call 1-800-9-GODIVA to speak with a Customer Service Representative to request loyalty program credit.
