GODIVA Announces First Appearance at the 2012 FOOD & WINE Classic in Aspen

NEW YORK, NY (June 1, 2012) – GODIVA Chocolatier, creators of the world's most elegant, hand-crafted chocolates is proud make its first appearance at the 2012 FOOD & WINE Classic in Aspen.

Throughout the weekend, GODIVA will be featuring Ice Cream Parlor themed delights in their special Godiva Parlour in the Grand Tasting Tent. In the Parlour, Chef Chris Ford, the first ever FOOD & WINE People’s Best New Pastry Chef, will be sampling his Pistachio Rocky Road Pudding, inspired by the GODVIA Rocky Road Ice Cream Parlor Truffle. Signature GODIVA Ice Cream Parlor Truffles will also be available at the GODIVA Parlour including six masterfully reinterpreted beloved ice cream flavors – Banana Split, Mint Chocolate Chip, Neapolitan, Lemon Sorbet, Pecan Caramel Sundae, Rocky Road and Pistachio. A dessert demo, GODIVA Presents Ultimate Chocolate Desserts, will take place on Saturday, June 16th from 3:45pm-4:30pm partnering GODIVA Chef Chocolatier David Funaro and renowned pastry chef Johnny Iuzzini.
