We take as much care in shipping your Godiva order as we do in making our delicious confections. We offer overnight (including Saturday delivery), 2nd day, and standard (up to 7 business days) shipping. You can also select a specific delivery date that works best for you.

Because temperatures vary across the country, we may choose not to ship over the weekend in order to ensure premium quality upon arrival. For this reason, we cannot guarantee Monday deliveries.

Shipments to an APO/PO address must be sent via standard shipping and cannot be guaranteed to arrive by a specific date. These orders may take up to 14 business days to be delivered.

Godiva currently ships to U.S. addresses only; for Canadian and International ordering information, please call 1-800-9GODIVA.




		We specially package and ship your gift so that it will arrive in perfect condition, no matter how warm the climate. Each order comes tucked within Godiva tissue paper, and upon request, we'll also include a complimentary gift card with your personal message.




Godiva Guarantee: Service at Godiva begins from the moment you place your order. When you send a gift of Godiva Chocolates, you can be assured that it will arrive in perfect condition. And, when changes in climate or destination require extra care, our chocolates are packed appropriately in climate controlled packaging. However, if for any reason your order does not meet with your satisfaction, simply return it to us for a prompt, courteous replacement, exchange or refund.

Please note that shipping charges are per recipient. For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, please add an additional $15.00 to the Standard Shipping charge (all orders are shipped via Express Delivery). For Saturday Delivery, add $20.00 to Standard Shipping charges.

Standard Shipping

All orders placed by 11pm ET will be processed the following business day and will ship out to arrive within 7 business days. Please note that due to the perishability of our product, we do not ship out on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays.

2nd Day Delivery

All orders placed by 1pm ET will be processed the same day. If your order is placed after 1pm ET, it will be processed on the next business day. Please note that 2nd Day Delivery orders placed after 1pm on Wednesday will not ship until the following Monday.

Overnight Delivery

All orders placed by 1pm ET will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 1pm ET will be processed on the next business day. Please note that Overnight Delivery orders placed after 1pm ET on Thursdays will not ship until the following Monday

Overnight Saturday Delivery

Orders for Overnight Saturday Delivery must be placed by Friday, 1pm ET. Because Overnight Saturday Delivery orders ship out on Friday, any orders placed after 1pm ET with the Overnight Saturday delivery option will be delivered the following Saturday.

Future Deliveries

All orders with a future delivery date will be shipped to arrive as close to that date as possible but could arrive several days early. Only Overnight Delivery orders can be guaranteed to arrive on a specific delivery date.

State Taxes & Abbreviations

Please add the applicable sales tax on all merchandise delivered to the following states: HI, IL, ME, MI, NJ, UT, VA.

Please include shipping and handling charges to the cost of merchandise when you calculate applicable sales tax on orders to the following states: AL, CT, DC, FL, GA, IA, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, MN, MO, MS, NC, NE, NM, NY, OK, RI, SC, TN, TX, WI, WV.
