Enter the Customer Number and the Key Code from the back of your catalog--they are labeled, inside blue and yellow boxes. These fields are optional so if you cannot read your customer number or key code or do not have them, go to Step 2.

Enter Item Numbers from the catalog in the boxes below (e.g. 79104-see illustration to right). You may enter more items after you have specified quantities for the first 10.
